Rivet
See your pages. Move them.
Thumbnails of every page: drag to reorder, rotate, delete or pull out just the ones you need. Merge and split work the same way.
Smaller files, no surprises.
Pick a level and see the estimated final size before you save. The text stays selectable, and Rivet never hands back something bigger than the original.
Make scans searchable.
Run OCR on your Mac with Apple Vision, or pick PaddleOCR for more languages. The result is a PDF you can search and copy from.
Redact for real.
Black out emails, phone numbers, IDs or your own words. The text underneath is erased from the file, not just covered.
Do it to a whole folder.
Build your list of steps (rotate, OCR, watermark, number, compress, strip metadata) and run it over every PDF. Originals are never touched.
