Getting started
Rivet requires macOS 26 or later. Drop one or more PDFs on the home screen, or open a tool and add your files there. Each tool is a single screen: a preview on the left, its options on the right and one main button. Rivet always saves a copy and never overwrites your original.
Batch mode
Batch runs a list of steps (rotate, OCR, watermark, number pages, compress, strip metadata, remove password) over a folder or several PDFs, in the order you choose. If one file fails, the others keep going, and you get a report per file.
OCR engines
Apple Vision is built into macOS and needs nothing extra. PaddleOCR is optional: the first time you use a language, Rivet downloads its small model once (about 10 MB for the fast detector and about 8 MB for the language; Chinese is larger) and needs an internet connection for that. After that it works offline.
Reinstalled or new Mac?
Open the confirmation page from your purchase again and press Open Rivet. In the app you can also choose “Already bought? Restore” and paste the link from that page. You can also email us from the address on your Stripe receipt.

Primeros pasos
Rivet requiere macOS 26 o posterior. Suelta uno o varios PDFs en la pantalla de inicio, o abre una herramienta y agrega tus archivos ahí. Cada herramienta es una sola pantalla: una vista previa a la izquierda, sus opciones a la derecha y un botón principal. Rivet siempre guarda una copia y nunca sobrescribe tu original.
Modo Lote
Lote aplica una lista de pasos (rotar, OCR, marca de agua, numerar páginas, comprimir, quitar metadatos, quitar contraseña) a una carpeta o a varios PDFs, en el orden que elijas. Si un archivo falla, los demás siguen, y recibes un reporte por archivo.
Motores de OCR
Apple Vision viene integrado en macOS y no necesita nada más. PaddleOCR es opcional: la primera vez que usas un idioma, Rivet descarga su modelo pequeño una sola vez (unos 10 MB el detector rápido y unos 8 MB el idioma; el chino pesa más) y necesita internet para eso. Después funciona sin conexión.

Abre otra vez la página de confirmación de tu compra y toca Abrir Rivet. En la app también puedes elegir “¿Ya compraste? Restaurar” y pegar el enlace de esa página. O escríbenos desde el correo de tu recibo de Stripe.
