This policy describes Pomorito for macOS, provided by NUR Technologies. Contact nurtechnologiesnet@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.
What NUR Technologies collects
Pomorito does not collect, sell or share your personal data. The app has no account system, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools. Your tasks, projects and focus history are never sent to NUR Technologies.
Data on your Mac
Pomorito stores on your Mac your settings, the apps and sites you chose to block, and your focus history (task names, projects, times and whether you finished them). It also stores your license in your Keychain. This data stays on your Mac; you can delete the history in Settings → Data.
Blocking apps and websites
To block sites, Pomorito asks the supported browsers (through the macOS Automation permission you grant) for the address of the current tab while a focus session is running, compares it with your list on your Mac and, if it matches, sends the tab to a local page. Those addresses are not stored or sent anywhere. Blocking apps uses standard macOS calls to hide or ask other apps to quit and needs no permission. You can revoke the Automation permission at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Automation.
Purchases, license and updates
The only network connections Pomorito makes are to nurtechnologies.biz: to start a purchase and confirm the payment (payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your payment details; NUR Technologies does not see your card), to activate your license, and to check for updates with Sparkle. The license is verified on your Mac, offline.
Support and this website
If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to answer your request. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process connection information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. Pages use the site's shared styling, including fonts provided by Google Fonts; your browser may connect to that provider. These pages add no tracking scripts or advertising.

We will update this page when the app's data handling changes.

Qué recopila NUR Technologies
Pomorito no recopila, vende ni comparte tus datos personales. La app no tiene sistema de cuentas, publicidad ni herramientas de analítica o rastreo. Tus tareas, proyectos e historial de enfoque nunca se envían a NUR Technologies.
Datos en tu Mac
Pomorito guarda en tu Mac tus ajustes, las apps y sitios que elegiste bloquear y tu historial de enfoque (nombres de tareas, proyectos, tiempos y si las terminaste). También guarda tu licencia en tu Llavero. Estos datos permanecen en tu Mac; puedes borrar el historial en Ajustes → Datos.
Bloqueo de apps y sitios web
Para bloquear sitios, Pomorito le pregunta a los navegadores compatibles (con el permiso de Automatización de macOS que concedes) la dirección de la pestaña actual mientras corre una sesión de enfoque, la compara con tu lista en tu Mac y, si coincide, manda la pestaña a una página local. Esas direcciones no se guardan ni se envían a ningún lado. Para bloquear apps se usan llamadas estándar de macOS para ocultarlas o pedirles que se cierren, sin necesidad de permisos. Puedes revocar el permiso de Automatización cuando quieras en Ajustes del Sistema → Privacidad y seguridad → Automatización.
Compras, licencia y actualizaciones
Las únicas conexiones de red de Pomorito son a nurtechnologies.biz: para iniciar una compra y confirmar el pago (los pagos los procesa Stripe, que recibe tus datos de pago; NUR Technologies no ve tu tarjeta), para activar tu licencia y para buscar actualizaciones con Sparkle. La licencia se verifica en tu Mac, sin internet.
Soporte y este sitio web
Si escribes a soporte, recibimos la información que decidas enviarnos y la usamos para responderte. Este sitio está alojado en Cloudflare, que puede procesar información de conexión como direcciones IP para entrega y seguridad. Las páginas usan los estilos compartidos del sitio, incluidas fuentes de Google Fonts; tu navegador puede conectarse con ese proveedor. Estas páginas no añaden scripts de rastreo ni publicidad.

Actualizaremos esta página cuando cambie el tratamiento de datos de la app.
